When Can I get My Parcel After I Place An Order?

Usually, after your order payment has been confirmed, we will ship our parcel within 24 hours. If we encounter special weather or holidays, our delivery will be slightly delayed. What Is Your Working Time?

Our working hours are from 20:00 Washington time to 10:00 the next morning. Except for Chinese holidays, we work 7 days a week. You can communicate with us online during this time.

Of course, if we are not in working hours, you can leave us a message at any time, and we will process your request within 8 hours.

Can You Deliver Orders To Any Where I Want?

Where can I see the logistics information for my order?

You can check your order and track the logistics information in your account center. If you use Paypal to pay, we will send the logistics information to your Paypal for you to check at any time.

Are The Real Goods Same As The Pictures On Website?

Product photos are taken in kind. Due to factors such as shooting angle, temperature, light and display, slight color difference may be caused. If you are particularly concerned, please order carefully.

What’s Your Return and Refund Policy?

For unused and completely new products, we are offering 30 days return if you are not satisfied with the product which do not have quality problem, but the returning shipping cost will be affored by you. After we receive the returned products. we will inspect and test, if the product is in new and unused status, we will refund the payment to you.
